Experience: He has got 21 years of vast experience in the mechanical, production, civil and computer engineering, hotels and hospitality, travels and transports. He has worked with “Bajaj Auto Ltd.” as an Asst. Engineer And in “Aamcol Tools Ltd.” as a Design Engineer.

Education: He has completed his Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from Government College of Engineering, Aurangabad (Marathwada University).

2. Dinesh Mutha, Chief Information Officer and Technical Director  

Experience: He has got five years of diverse and comprehensive experience in the field of technology and science, including industry and research. He has worked with “Icim Fijutsu” which later became “Accel Icim” and then with “Rudranee Infotech Pvt. Ltd.”. Over the past three years, held numerous interactions with venture capitalists during business presentations and technology validation sessions. Led several customer validation meetings with carriers and media entities and roadmap interactions with vendors in business ventures and management roles within the corporate. Consulted on technology strategy and productization for several early startups. Held various management, architect and engineering positions in companies.

Education: He has completed his Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics and Power Engineering from Govt. College of Engineering, Aurangabad and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Pune University.

Core Skills: Requirement Analysis, Process Designing, Product Design, Product Ananlysis and Quality Service. He is also good at strategic management.

Highlights: He has worked for various companies like TVS Motor Company, Indian Oil Company (A fortune 500 Company), Income Tax Department of Govt. Of India, Collectorate Offices of Marathwada Region, Videocon International and various other reputed companies. He also founded Strides Software Solns., a development company in the field of IT.

3. Maya Kagliwal, Head - Business Development

Experience: Maya has over two years experience in business development and marketing with Manisha.

Core Skills: A blend of technical management skills, specialization in innovation strategy, setting up processes.

 

Highlights: Maya is a gold medalist from Pune University and University of Manchester respectively for her Graduate and Post Graduate course. Maya has also written a thesis on movement of small and medium sized IT suppliers up the value chain in an outsourcing relationship, also submitted to be published in the journal of Information and management, (April 2004 - September 2004)

 

4. Mr. R.P. Singh, UK Marketing Head

 

Experience: Business Executive with over 20 years of Sales & Marketing led Senior Management experience, with last 6 years in pan European Operations, based in London.
